You don’t need another business idea. You need to know what to do with the one already in your hands.

Turn your God-given calling, knowledge, experiences and ideas into a clear business offer, validate that people will pay for it, and build a practical plan to start generating income from it.

Join DebbieIgnites for a 5-Day Live Implementation Challenge designed to help you move from “I know God has placed something inside me” to knowing what to build, who to serve, what to sell and how to start making sales.

God can give you one idea that earns you more money than five years of working ever did. DebbieIgnites

You know there’s something in you. So why does turning it into income still feel so difficult?

Perhaps you’ve been sitting on an idea for months. Maybe even years.

You have knowledge people come to you for. You’ve been through experiences that have taught you lessons someone else desperately needs. You have skills from your career, your personal journey, your education or the work you’ve done behind the scenes for other people.

You have ideas. Lots of them.

And because you believe God has called you to do something meaningful with your life, you don’t want to waste what He’s placed in your hands. But somewhere between having the idea and actually building the business, things get complicated.

You start wondering:
  • What exactly should I sell?
  • Who would actually pay me for what I know?
  • Should I start a coaching business, create a digital product, launch a course or write a book?
  • What if I build something nobody wants?
  • How do I price what I do when I’ve spent years giving it away for free?
  • How do I get customers when I don’t have a huge audience?
  • How do I make money from my calling without compromising my faith or burning myself out?

So you keep researching. You buy another course. You watch another webinar. You write down another idea. Perhaps you even start building something, only to abandon it when another possibility catches your attention.

Meanwhile, months pass. Your ideas remain ideas, and the income you hoped they would generate is still not coming in.

The problem may not be that you lack ideas, ability or even a genuine calling. The problem may be that nobody has helped you connect what is in your hands to a viable offer and a practical plan for generating income.

That is what we’re going to work on together.

From participants

“I can see the process. I can see the flow.”

I had disappointing experiences with other coaching programmes and challenges in the past, but this has been completely different. For the first time, I’ve felt on top of what I’m doing as the challenge is going. I haven’t felt behind or confused.

Dr BibiU.S.A.

I went from having a passion to help people with their mental health that was difficult to market, to identifying the specific problem I’m solving, who needs it, and how I can build an actual business around my niche.

ChinweCanada · Mental Health Nurse

I’ve never paid for a challenge before, but honestly, I’m so grateful to God that I did. You’re so warm, you’re a good teacher, and you’re very patient. You really hold people’s hands through the journey.

Don’t just take our word for it. Hear what changed for them.

Real participants share what happened when they stopped guessing and started building with a plan.

Here’s something I want you to understand

Being called does not automatically mean people will buy.

I know that statement may challenge how you’ve been thinking about business, especially if you are a faith-driven person.

You can have a brilliant idea and still struggle to sell it.

You can be passionate about a problem and build the wrong solution.

You can spend months creating a product, only to discover that the people you intended to serve would rather pay for something else.

And you can have a genuine desire to help people, yet find yourself exhausted because everyone expects your help for free.

Your calling matters. But if you want to build a business around it, you also need clarity, validation, positioning, an offer people understand and a way to reach the people who need what you do.

You do not have to choose between purpose and profit. You need to learn how to build the business that connects them.

That is the difference between simply having something to offer and knowing how to structure it into a business. And it is why I created Calling to Cashflow.

Stop looking outside for what you haven’t yet learned to recognise within.

Some of the most commercially promising ideas do not begin with a completely new invention. They begin with something a person already knows, an experience they have lived through, a problem they understand deeply or a gap they have noticed in a field they know well. The challenge is recognising the business hidden inside it.

You might be a nurse who has spent years helping people navigate difficult situations. A professional who has developed skills others want to learn. A woman who has overcome something and now understands a problem from the inside. Or someone who has always been the person friends and colleagues turn to for advice.

So you look at what everyone else is doing. You see someone selling journals and decide you should create a journal. Someone launches a course, so you start planning a course. Someone becomes a coach, so you assume coaching must be the answer. You end up trying to fit yourself into somebody else’s business model instead of discovering the right model for what you have to offer.

Your next business idea might not require you to become somebody else. It might require you to understand what is already in your hands.

In Calling to Cashflow, I will help you work through that process. Not by telling you to monetise absolutely everything about yourself. Not by encouraging you to launch ten different things at once. But by helping you identify a promising direction, test it against real demand and begin structuring it into a business.

The Calling to Cashflow Framework

We are not gathering to admire your ideas. We are going to work through them.

This is not another challenge where you spend five days taking notes and leave with more information than you can implement. Calling to Cashflow is a five-day, live implementation experience.

You will use guided, fillable workbooks, practical exercises and AI-assisted prompts where useful to move through five essential stages.

01

Calling

Discover the business direction hidden in what you already have.

02

Clarity

Identify who you want to serve, what problem you can solve and what your business should actually be about.

03

Validation

Test whether there is genuine demand before spending months creating something people may not want.

04

Offer

Package your knowledge, skills or experience into an offer that is clear, relevant and positioned for the right buyer.

05

Cash flow

Develop a practical sales system and a 30-day action plan to begin putting your business into motion.

Here’s what each day looks like

Five days. Five stages.

1
Day 1

Discover the business God has called you to build

Stop collecting ideas. Start identifying your direction.

One of the biggest mistakes I see people make is looking everywhere except at what they already have. On Day 1, we will work through the process of identifying the knowledge, experiences, skills, interests and problems that could form the foundation of your business.

We will also work on narrowing your ideas down instead of trying to launch everything at once.

By the end of Day 1, you will have worked towards a clearer business direction instead of another list of possibilities.
2
Day 2

Validate your idea before you build it

Just because you can create it doesn’t mean people will buy it.

On Day 2, we will focus on validating your idea before you commit all your time and resources to building it.

You will work on identifying your potential buyers, understanding the problem they want solved and testing whether your proposed offer is something they are willing to engage with.

By the end of Day 2, you will have a practical way to assess your idea and decide what needs to happen before you invest further in it.
3
Day 3

Package your knowledge into an offer people can understand and buy

Stop trying to sell everything you know. Learn to package what matters.

Sometimes the problem isn’t your expertise. It’s how you have packaged it. In this session, we will work on turning your validated business direction into a more structured offer.

We will explore how to communicate what you do, who it is for and the problem it helps solve.

By the end of Day 3, you will have worked towards a clearer offer and a more intentional way of presenting it to potential buyers.
4
Day 4

Build your daily sales system

Because a business cannot run on inspiration alone.

On Day 4, we will focus on the practical side of getting your offer in front of the right people and creating a repeatable approach to sales.

The aim is to help you think beyond posting randomly and hoping someone buys.

By the end of Day 4, you will have worked on the building blocks of a more intentional daily sales system.
5
Day 5

Create your 30-day action plan

Leave knowing what to do next.

On Day 5, you will bring together what you have worked on throughout the challenge and develop a practical 30-day action plan.

It is not a promise of instant results, but it will give you a clearer direction for moving forward.

The goal is to leave with more than motivation. You will have a plan you can start implementing.

But does this actually work outside a workbook?

Fair question. I don’t want you to join because a five-day framework sounds exciting. I want you to understand why this approach matters and see examples of what can happen when people begin making more deliberate decisions about their businesses.

Here are some of my client journeys.

Shanna

Nurse · United States

From too many ideas to a business that prevents divorce

Shanna wanted extra income and had far too many ideas to know where to begin. When we worked through her story, we found what she had been doing for years: people brought her their marriage struggles, and her advice kept couples together, even those on the edge of divorce. She believed her own divorce disqualified her. It turned out to be part of why she was so good at it. She did not become another marriage coach. She became the person who helps couples catch resentment before it ends the marriage.

Today she runs a programme that helps couples prevent divorce, bringing in a minimum of $10,000 a month.

Chinwe

Mental health nurse · Canada

From a journal idea to a flagship programme

Chinwe is a psychiatric nurse who kept seeing people reach help when it was already too late. Her plan was to create a mental health journal. We did not start there. We first validated what people would genuinely buy into, with their attention, their time, their email address and their commitment. That led to something far stronger than a journal: a flagship programme for people who cannot quite name what they are feeling, helping them early, before they need a mental health intervention.

Today she has a real business with a clear audience, a clear programme and income coming in.

Hilda

Business analyst

From no idea what to build to a three-month programme

Hilda was employed and doing well, but she had no idea what she could build. As we talked, we discovered she had attended three different boot camps before becoming a business analyst, and none of them truly supported her. God was putting it in her heart to solve exactly that problem. She created a three-month business analysis programme that helps people get there without a six-week boot camp and without being left on their own.

Today a single sale of her programme brings in about $1,999.

Dr Voke

Healing coach

From giving it away to her first £1,000 sale

Dr Voke had been running a monthly healing room on WhatsApp for free, and she was tired. When she hosted events, she was afraid to charge more than $10 or $15 a ticket. I told her some things people are waiting for you to put a structure and a price on. She crafted a proper offer to help a couple heal before they marry. I told her it could not be less than £1,000, and they paid it.

Today she has made her first sale from something she used to do for free, and she is now selling packages to companies.

Sharon

Birmingham · United Kingdom

From one client at a time to selling to organisations

Sharon helps people plan how they want to be buried, so families are not left quarrelling at the hardest moment. She came into the challenge with an idea aimed at individuals. We helped her see that her business was not only about burial. We mapped how she could approach organisations and HR teams, which turned a business-to-customer idea into a business-to-business one.

“This experience completely changed the way I look at my ministry and my business.”Sharon · UK

Today she has a clearer, bigger market and a plan to reach it.
See it for yourself

It starts when you stop guessing and start structuring.

Watch this short clip, then read on to see how the five days work.

These are different people, with different skills, experiences and business ideas. There is no single business model that everyone should follow.

What they needed was a way to examine what they had, identify a problem worth solving, make more deliberate decisions about their offers and explore how those offers could generate revenue.

That is the kind of thinking I want you to bring into Calling to Cashflow.

Individual outcomes vary. These examples illustrate specific client experiences and are not a guarantee of what you will earn.

Let me show you why I teach this differently

I don’t teach that you need to copy my business. I teach you to think more clearly about your own.

My name is DebbieIgnites, and I have spent years learning what it takes to turn ideas into income-generating businesses. I started building my digital product business from Nigeria.

Over time, I generated more than $100,000 in digital product income. That income helped me relocate to the UK and fund my Master’s degree without borrowing the money.

When I launched my Published in 2 Hours programme in the UK, it generated about £30,000 in six months. My first UK launch generated over £37,000. I have also built an audience through my Bible Business Club content, with posts reaching more than one million people.

One of my ventures is My Legacy Journals, my technology company, which grew out of a deeply personal experience of loss and a desire to help families preserve and pass on their stories. I funded the development of that venture by first teaching people to publish journals, raising £30,000 towards building the technology.

You don’t need my exact background, my audience or my business model to begin. You need to understand what you have, who might need it, what they would pay for and how you can start putting it into practice.

That is why Calling to Cashflow focuses on implementation, not just inspiration.

Imagine what could change when you finally have a clear direction.

Imagine sitting down to work on your business without feeling as though you have to start from scratch every time.

Imagine being able to explain what you do, who you help and why someone might choose to pay for your offer.

Imagine having a way to test your ideas before spending months creating products.

Imagine no longer feeling that you have to choose between being helpful and building a business that can sustain you.

Imagine having a practical plan for what to do next, instead of another folder of courses you haven’t implemented.

And imagine approaching your business with the understanding that your calling can be meaningful while your business also needs sound commercial decisions.

This is not about promising you overnight success. It is about giving yourself the opportunity to work through the right questions, make more informed decisions and start taking deliberate action. You cannot control every outcome. You can, however, become more intentional about the decisions you make and the actions you take.

Your calling deserves more than endless planning. Give yourself the opportunity to build something with it.

You might be wondering whether this is right for you.

“I have several ideas. How do I know which one to start with?”

That is exactly why the process begins with clarity and validation. You will work through your ideas and consider which direction is worth pursuing rather than trying to build everything at once. You can also duplicate the workbook to assess different ideas separately.

“I don’t have a business yet. Can I still join?”

Yes. You do not need to have an established business to begin. The challenge is designed to help you work through your calling, identify a business direction and start structuring it.

“I already have a business, but I’m struggling to make consistent sales.”

You can use the framework to examine your current offer, your audience, the demand for what you sell and the way you approach sales. The goal is to identify what needs attention rather than assume you must start again.

“What if I already know what I want to sell?”

You can still benefit from working through validation, positioning, packaging and your sales system. Having an idea is a starting point. The next question is whether it is structured and positioned in a way that makes sense for the people you want to serve.

“Do I need to be a coach?”

No. Your business could take several forms, depending on your skills, the problem you solve and what your market needs. The framework is not about forcing everyone into coaching.

“Do I need a large social media following?”

No. A large following is not a prerequisite for starting a business. You will need to identify and reach appropriate potential buyers, but there are different ways to approach that depending on your business model. Sales are not guaranteed simply because you have a strategy or an audience.

“What if I cannot attend every session live?”

Replays are provided, so you can work through the material if you cannot attend live. General Access has time-limited replay access, while VIP includes one year of access.

“Will you guarantee that I make £5,000 a month?”

No. The challenge is designed to help you work towards a clearer business direction, a validated offer and a practical sales plan. Your results will depend on your offer, market, implementation and other factors. The framework is intended to support your progress, not guarantee a particular income.

“Is this a faith-based programme?”

The programme is built around the idea of identifying and developing a God-given calling, and it uses a faith-informed approach to purpose and business. It also addresses practical commercial questions such as validation, pricing, offers and sales systems.

A final word from me

Your calling is the starting point. Let’s work on the clarity, the offer and the cash flow.

I want you to think about the time you have already spent carrying your ideas. The notes you have written. The things you have learnt. The experiences you have had. The skills you have developed. The people you have helped.

What if the next step is not another year of trying to figure everything out on your own? What if you gave yourself five days to work through the questions that matter? To identify a direction. To examine the demand. To clarify the offer. To build a more intentional approach to sales. To decide what you are going to do over the following 30 days.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. But you do need to be willing to do the work.

If you are ready to stop endlessly collecting ideas and start working towards building a business around what you have been given, I would love to have you join me.

Join Calling to Cashflow.
